FAST CAT
In 2019 - GVFRRC held their first FAST CAT weekend - offering two days of concurrent trials, for a total of four events. Club members enjoyed the high paced atmosphere and excitement, as we hosted this All-Breed and Mixed-Breed event.
This event weekend is held annually mid June. Our club officers and members, always have a blast engaging with our All-Breed community, and enjoy awarding those dogs who were the fastest on the field, and in their height category. We love seeing owners celebrate their successful runs, new titles, and personal bests!
Our FAST CAT courses are continuous loop, fully fenced, and ran by lure operators with over 25 years experience in the sport of Lure Coursing (ASFA and AKC). Run-outs ALWAYS exceed the minimum standards, and maximize the space and fencing (depth and width) available. Our dedicated and experienced club members fill all roles at this event - we do not hire out for Trial Secretary, OR for Lure Operators.
